Stamford, Conn., November 19 2008On October 28, 2008 World Wrestling Entertainment® Inc. (WWE) announced the launch of its next generation video player on wwe.com. WWE Kids Magazine: One of the Hottest Launches of 2008

WWE Kids magazine was recently named one of the 14 hottest new magazines launched this year by Min Magazine. Dr. Samir Husni, known as “Mr. Magazine”, and his staff sifted through 600-plus titles that were launched between October 2007 and September 2008 to come up with the unranked list. WrestleMania®: Texas-Sized Ticket Sales

STAMFORD, Conn., November 10, 2008WWE® fans worldwide took home tens of thousands of available tickets during the official on-sale for the 25th anniversary of WrestleMania, making it the second-highest first-day gross in the history of WrestleMania. Despite a less than stellar economy as compared to 2007, ticket sales exceeded $4.8 million, almost beating the record for first-day ticket sales set by WrestleMania 24 in Orlando, Florida. 'WWE Smackdown' Gives MyNet Record Ratings

Broadcasting and Cable- MyNetworkTV recorded record ratings again Friday night (Nov. 7) with WWE Smackdown. The network averaged 1,603,000 viewers 18-49 at 8-10 p.m. Friday, the most viewers in the key demo ever and enough to put the net ahead of NBC in the demo over those two hours. WWE® Reports 2008 Third Quarter Results

STAMFORD, Conn., November 6, 2008 - World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. (NYSE: WWE) today announced financial results for its third quarter ended September 30, 2008.  Revenues totaled $108.8 million as compared to $108.1 million in the prior year quarter, while operating income was $7.9 million as compared to $13.4 million in the prior year quarter. Net income was $5.3 million, or $0.07 per share, as compared to $8.5 million, or $0.12 per share, in the prior year quarter. To read the full press release, click here. STAMFORD, Conn., November 6, 2008- -- Effective December 31, 2008, World Wrestling Entertainment will accept Mike Sileck's resignation as COO and member of the Board of Directors. WWE Ranks Amongst Top 10 For Q3 Ticketmaster Requests

World Wrestling Entertainment has made Ticketmaster’s top 10 list of  most requested sporting events for the third quarter of 2008. WWE ranked alongside sporting powerhouses like the New York Yankees, New England Patriots and Chicago Bears.

World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. Declares Quarterly Dividend

STAMFORD, Conn., October 31, 2008 - World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. (NYSE:WWE) today declared the Company’s regular quarterly dividend of $0.36 per share on its Class A shares of common stock.  As previously announced, members of the McMahon family have waived $0.12 per share of the dividends.  As a result, all Class A and Class B shares owned by the McMahon family will instead receive dividends in the amount of $0.24 per share.  The record date for the dividend will be December 15, 2008, and the payment date will be December 26, 2008.  To read the full press release, please click here.

Circle of Champions honorees Aubrey Raspotnik, of Kids Wish Network, and Mikael Walters, of Dream Factory, received a treat when they were invited to witness the three-hour celebration of Raw’s 800th episode live. As reported on The Wall Street Journal’s Web site on Nov. 10, WWE Superstar John “Bradshaw” Layfield’s wife, Meredith Whitney, is listed as No. 39 of the “Top 50 Women to Watch” list. Cited in the article, Whitney has become one of Wall Street’s top bank analysts with her accurate predictions on the fate of Wachovia Corp. and Merrill Lynch & Co. among others, and predicts a rough road ahead in the finance markets. UPDATE: WWE Offers Free Tickets to US Military

World Wrestling Entertainment is offering all U.S. military personnel free tickets to its live events in the U.S. as another way for the company to show its gratitude for their service to their country.

Effective immediately, U.S. military personnel from the Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force, Coast Guard and National Guard can claim a free ticket to any WWE RAW or SmackDown live event in their local area (U.S. only) – excluding WrestleMania -- by going to their local arena box office with a military ID the day of the WWE live event. Tickets are available the day of the event while supplies last.
